Assessment
Evidence Readiness Assessment
Map how a qualified release decision is assembled today, identify missing or unsupported evidence, and define the measurable criteria for continuous Verification.
What it is
The Evidence Readiness Assessment is a paid engagement that examines one consequential release path. It produces a decision workflow map, an evidence-gap baseline, a manual-effort and turnaround baseline, a qualified Verification path, and the enforcement entry criteria for that path.
It is not a scan, a maturity score, or a generic report. It is a structured analysis of how one release decision is made and how it can be made defensible.
Deliverables
Decision workflow map
How a release decision is currently assembled, reviewed, and recorded.
Evidence-gap baseline
Where required proof is missing, stale, or cannot be reproduced.
Manual effort and turnaround baseline
Time and cost of the current review and evidence-gathering process.
Qualified Verification path
The policy, evidence, and escalation design for one release path.
Enforcement entry criteria
The measurable threshold at which automated enforcement can be safely introduced.
What it is not
- It is not a one-size-fits-all maturity assessment.
- It does not replace existing scanners, ASPM tools, or policy engines.
- It does not guarantee cost reduction or incident prevention.
- It does not end with enforcement unless the entry criteria are met.
